Common Fix Occurrences:
- The slush machine got plugged into the same outlet and is causing power surges that are bringing the ATM down.
Not enough outlets. FTSI traced building power panel and determined there was enough free wattage to hardwire the ATM on a dedicated circuit. Customer notified and electrician sent out.
- The janitor unplugged the ATM while vacuuming and forgot to plug it back in. FTSI technician changed out power cord to a lockable plug.
- Network message: ATM not communicating.
FTSI technician did the loop test to modem. Then tested to the building Dmarc to determine if it is the outside phone line. Cause of problem defined quickly and details given the customer to correct with the outside phone provider.
Visual:
A hard copy "photo scrapbook" is presented to the customer. Then digital pictures are taken on a quarterly basis and sent to each customer on CD.

"The photo album of each ATM (electronic photos) was extremely helpful to our credit union for branch application."
